Product Description

The DTS DC3 is a 3 channel bi-directional DC Power and Energy meter that has a very compact DIN rail design with pluggable connectivity. This DC meter can handle voltage inputs of 0 – 60, 150, 400, 1000 or 1500Vdc. It provides Voltage, Current, Power and Energy measurements. It works with DC Shunts or external Hall Effect current sensors.

For easy configuration in-the-field, communications can be set via 8-way DIP switches when utilizing the Modbus RTU protocol. Or for remote configurability, all of our DTS Series of meters come with the free DTS Config software platform;  The DTS DC3 meter comes with a User-definable Modbus register area. Whether communicating via RS-485 or Ethernet, the DTS DC3 supports most accepted protocols, including Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, SNMP, DNP 3.0 or LonWorks (model dependent).

This meter comes with 2 x digital status/counter inputs and 1 x pulse output configured for Energy (kWh). Also, if in the future, you decide to integrate renewable energy sources, the DTS Series will conveniently operate as a Bi-directional NET meters. The DTS DC3 is SunSpec Alliance certified and easily integrates with Building Automation Systems and Energy Monitoring Software. All the DTS Series is designed and manufactured in the USA and complies with the Buy American Provisions of ARRA Section 1605.
